Ms. Griffin is a dedicated human resources professional, entrepreneur, and woman of faith, committed to empowering others through leadership, ministry service, and cultural engagement. She leverages her expertise in human capital management, event coordination, and community involvement to inspire growth, connection, and lasting impact, while sharing her passion for traveling and exploring diverse cultures.

Mr. Ketcham spent 13 years of his childhood living overseas before he moved back to the US for college. After receiving BAs in History and French, with a special focus on African studies, he proceeded to get his M.Div. from Regent University. He is currently involved in an international Christian organization focusing specifically on doing cross-cultural ministry among communities on the margins both in the US and overseas. He is the Director of Training and serves on a local team. He also leads an internship focused on training people for holistic, empowering ministry.

Dr. LaFavor holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media Communication Studies and a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from Florida State University. In 2017, she earned a Ph.D. in Communication from Regent University. She is the Director of the School of Licensing and Credentialing for the Western Florida Jurisdiction Department of Women, and President of Women in Ministry. Her professional experiences include, marketing, broadcasting, and higher education. She is currently a Communication Professor and founder of Word Touch Coaching, which provides online training for individuals, groups and businesses whose aim is to improve communication skills both publicly and personally.
Janella Williams, MBA, M.Div. - Director & Finance Chair
Ms. Williams grew up in the D.C. and Maryland area until later transitioning to Norfolk, Virginia to attend Norfolk State University, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications & Journalism. After graduating, she decided to continue her residency in Virginia. Later attending the Mt. Carmel Missions School of Evangelism, graduating in 2002. In 2007, she obtained her Master’s in Business Administration from Averett University. She obtained a second Master’s in Ministerial Leadership in Biblical Studies from Regent University. While attending Regent University she found her love for global missions.

Meet The Founder
D’Lorah Anderson is the Founder and President of Suddenly Joyful Global Missions, Inc., a Christ-centered ministry committed to demonstrating the love of Jesus Christ by bringing hope, joy, and relief to people in distress through advocacy, training, and partnerships. D’Lorah’s calling to global missions grew from sixteen years of service in church ministry, where she served in a variety of roles, including Associate Pastor, music ministry, jail ministry, youth ministry, church administration, and more. In 2012, after years of ministry service, she began sensing God’s call to missions. That calling led her to pursue graduate theological education and, in 2013, to Ghana for her first international mission experience. Her time in Ghana deepened her heart for the nations and helped confirm the calling that would eventually become Suddenly Joyful Global Missions.
D’Lorah’s education and professional experience uniquely equip her for this work. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, a Master’s degree in Practical Theology with a focus in Missiology & Intercultural Studies from Regent University, and a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. She has served in ministry and missions across four continents, traveled to six continents, and studied Human Rights and International Law in Strasbourg, France.
D’Lorah is also an attorney and the founder and Principal Attorney of The Business & Nonprofit Legal Center, PLLC, a law firm in Daytona Beach, Florida. Her legal experience includes private practice and work within the Florida State Court System, and she has provided legal counsel and consultation to individuals and organizations across more than 25 states. Beyond the practice of law, her experience includes nonprofit leadership, human resources, supervision, education, and leadership within public and private organizations. She brings these experiences together through Suddenly Joyful to serve people and communities with compassion, purpose, and excellence.
Her passion is to see individuals, families, and communities experience the love, hope, and joy of Jesus Christ.
