Ms. Griffin is currently pursuing a Masters of Human Resources at Northcentral University (in Arizona). She works as a travel agent and an independent pampered chef consultant. Ms. Griffin is a woman of faith who volunteers her service as Co-young adults director and Co-Confirmation Facilitator for her church. Her passions in life are serving through planning and coordinating events and learning. In my spare time I enjoy traveling and learning about new cultures, customs, and history through local cuisines.

Alycia LaFavor, Ph.D. - Director
Mr. Ketcham spent 13 years of his childhood living overseas before he moved back to the US for college. After receiving BAs in History and French, with a special focus on African studies, he proceeded to get his M.Div. from Regent University. He is currently involved in an international Christian organization focusing specifically on doing cross-cultural ministry among communities on the margins both in the US and overseas. He is the Director of Training and serves on a local team. He also leads an internship focused on training people for holistic, empowering ministry.

Dr. LaFavor holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media Communication Studies and a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from Florida State University. In 2017, she earned a Ph.D. in Communication from Regent University. She is the Director of the School of Licensing and Credentialing for the Western Florida Jurisdiction Department of Women, and President of Women in Ministry. Her professional experiences include, marketing, broadcasting, and higher education. She is currently a Communication Professor and founder of Word Touch Coaching, which provides online training for individuals, groups and businesses whose aim is to improve communication skills both publicly and personally.

Ms. Williams grew up in the D.C. and Maryland area until later transitioning to Norfolk, Virginia to attend Norfolk State University, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications & Journalism. After graduating, she decided to continue her residency in Virginia. Later attending the Mt. Carmel Missions School of Evangelism, graduating in 2002. In 2007, she obtained her Master’s in Business Administration from Averett University. She obtained a second Master’s in Ministerial Leadership in Biblical Studies from Regent University. While attending Regent University she found her love for global missions.

Meet The Founder
Philanthropy & humanitarianism are generosity in all its forms and are often defined as giving gifts of time, talent, and treasure to help make life better for other people. Attorney D'Lorah Anderson, founded Suddenly Joyful Global Missions, Inc. because of her desire to make life better for others. D'Lorah was licensed as a minister in 2001 and served in various ministry capacities for 16 years. Her focus now is to reach beyond the four walls of the church and spread the love, joy, and hope of Christ around the world to people in distress through advocacy, training, and partnerships in the following key areas: Human Rights, Education, Law, and Poverty. D'Lorah's experience and education uniquely equip her to carry out this mission.
D'Lorah has a Bachelor's degree in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, Master’s degree in Practical Theology with a focus in Missiology from Regent University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law. D'Lorah has been engaged in ministry and missions on four continents and studied abroad in Strasbourg, France in the area of Human Rights & International Law. D'Lorah is the founding attorney of The Business & Nonprofit Legal Center, PLLC in Daytona Beach, Florida and she is a business owner. Her legal experience includes work in private law firms and the Florida State Court System. She has provided legal counsel and consultation for individuals and organizations in over 25 states. Beyond the practice of law, D'Lorah's experience includes nonprofit leadership, supervision, human resources administration, and leadership roles in a private company, public school district, and private higher education institution.
